These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of implantstream.com (the "Site"), operated by Implant Stream LLC ("Implant Stream," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site and our services

Implant Stream provides marketing services to dental implant practices, including paid advertising management and content creation and editing. The Site describes those services and lets you contact us and book a call. Any services we provide to you are governed by a separate written agreement; if it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.

2. No guarantee of results

Testimonials and examples on the Site reflect the experiences of individual clients. Results vary and depend on many factors, including your practice, market, budget and how inquiries are followed up. Nothing on the Site is a promise or guarantee of any particular result.

3. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit information that is false or that belongs to someone else.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, logos and other content, belongs to Implant Stream LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

5. Third-party services

Our chat widget and scheduling calendar are provided by third parties (HighLevel / LeadConnector). Your use of them is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Text messaging terms

  • Program: text messages from Implant Stream LLC.
  • What you will receive: messages about your inquiry, scheduling and follow-up, and, if you agreed to it, promotional messages about our services.
  • How you opt in: by entering your mobile number in the chat widget on the Site and checking the consent box(es).
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Frequency: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Limitation of liability
