Implant Stream LLC ("Implant Stream," "we," "us") provides marketing services to dental implant practices. This policy explains what information we collect through implantstream.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, mobile phone number, email address, practice name, and anything you write when you use our chat widget, book a call on our scheduling calendar, or contact us by email, phone or text.
  • Text message records: your phone number, the date, time and wording of the consent you gave, and the content of messages we exchange with you.
  • Information collected automatically: browser and device type, pages viewed, IP address and approximate location, collected by us and our service providers when you visit the Site.

2. How we use information

  • To respond to your questions and schedule and hold strategy calls.
  • To provide, support and improve our services and the Site.
  • To send you text messages and emails you have agreed to receive.
  • To keep the Site secure, prevent fraud and comply with the law.

3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you submit your mobile number through our chat widget and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Implant Stream LLC at that number about your inquiry and scheduling, and, if you agreed to it, promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under obligations to protect it, such as HighLevel / LeadConnector (chat, scheduling, customer records and messaging) and Netlify (website hosting). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. None of this applies to the mobile information and text opt-in data described in section 3.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site itself uses very little tracking. Our chat widget and scheduling calendar are provided by HighLevel and may use cookies or local storage so they work properly. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, and as required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of emails using the unsubscribe link. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
